Jessica Ramesch

Jessica Ramesch studied International Politics and Diplomacy with a full academic scholarship at the University of Richmond. She obtained her BA with honors and went on to work as a writer at the Panama Canal Authority while moonlighting as a GMAT/GRE instructor at Kaplan-Edutech.

Before joining International Living, Jessica spent four years touring the world as head of shipboard guest relations training at Carnival Cruise Lines. After attaining the rank of Second Officer, she decided to abandon ship and live the good life as a landlubber.

No stranger to “international living,” she has called the U.S., India, and Panama home, and speaks Spanish, French, Italian and some Portuguese. Jessica enjoys writing, traveling, learning new things, and digging in to great food.
