For me, no matter how thoroughly or often I read something, hearing the same information always makes it more real to me. In many cases throughout the conference hearing the information, getting my questions answered, hearing other questions and answers, and having the opportunity for one-on-one conversations with the presenters was well worth my time and investment in attending.
